This is an historic moment for the museum as it is our first post on the website. That’s an exciting development for us as we hope we can keep you better informed as to what is on show and bring to your attention what is featured in the museum. The advertising sign shown below is just one example of what you might spot. We are inviting you to become one of our regular visitors.
Did you know – The Dagenite battery ( a brand name of the Chloride group) was a pioneer in the development of the motor-car battery.
Fun fact- The “Dagenite” battery was the first to operate an electric starter fitted to an English car.
